Recurring revenue, no hardware
No equipment on site, no agent to install, no support for a server down at 3 AM. You sell the service, Sentinela does the work.
For agencies and MSPs
Monitor and audit all your clients’ sites in a single account. White-label PDF with your brand, status page with no Sentinela branding, separate workspaces per client. Charge a monthly fee, deliver a dated PDF, show A–F grade progress in every report.
R$ 349/month · 500 monitors · multi-client · 1:1 onboarding · chat support 2 business hours
Why agencies choose it
No equipment on site, no agent to install, no support for a server down at 3 AM. You sell the service, Sentinela does the work.
Each audit generates a dated PDF with an A–F grade, evidence and recommendations. White-label on Agency+ plans — your brand’s logo and color. Concrete material to deliver and bill.
Present risk in <strong>money per year</strong> (ALE from real Uptime data, <a href="/blog/como-calculamos-risco-financeiro-em-reais" class="underline">see the formula</a>) and manage your client’s vendor risk (<strong>TPRM</strong>, A–F rating: external posture + questionnaire). A boardroom conversation, not a technical checklist.
History shows the grade D → C → B → A. The diff between audits proves your work closed findings — and now MTTR/SLA per asset measure your team’s efficiency. A concrete argument at renewal time.
The Agency plan covers up to 500 monitors. At an average of 3 monitors per client, that’s ~160 clients in the same account. Margin grows almost linearly.
The math, back of the napkin
Scenarios assuming you charge R$ 199/month per client (average for the recurring uptime + audit package). Adjust to your agency’s reality — the margin keeps the same proportion.

The Agency plan covers up to 500 monitors. At 3 monitors per client (site, API, panel), that fits ~160 clients on the same plan. Beyond that, we talk Enterprise with a volume discount.
White-label
The client sees your logo, your domain, your footer. Sentinela is the machinery they don’t need to know exists.
Cover, header and footer with the agency’s logo and color. Technical text signed by your brand.
No Sentinela branding. Custom domain (status.client.com) with automatic SSL.
Sender from your brand (via configured SMTP), customizable Blade template on Enterprise.
The client gets read-only access to their panel — sees uptime, audits, status page. You stay in control.
Multi-client
Each client becomes a separate workspace. Monitors, audits, status pages and notification channels are isolated in the query — there’s no way to leak client A’s data to client B.
Agency dashboard
Onboarding
01
Create the workspace, register the main monitors (site, API, panel) and authorize the domain audit.
02
Create a public status page (with the client’s domain, optional), point to the notification channel that fits (their email, the team’s Slack, PagerDuty).
03
Download the white-label PDF, schedule a meeting with the client, present the initial grade. Agree on a remediation timeline. Automatic weekly recurrence from there.
Use cases
Digital agency
You already charge a monthly fee to keep the SMB’s WordPress updated. Add Sentinela as a differentiator: a monthly uptime + security report in your brand’s PDF. Justifies an upsell of R$ 100-300/month per client.
Security consultant
A pentest is expensive, takes weeks, the client doesn’t do it all the time. Between two pentests, you sell continuous auditing via Sentinela — watch for regression, close obvious findings, keep the client close. A recurring ticket instead of a one-off project.
IT MSP
You already handle the server, AD, backup. What’s missing is the "outside view": uptime and security posture that nobody on the client’s internal team is watching. Sentinela becomes one more item in your bundle with no hardware cost.
Which plan
Short answer: if the agency’s name has to appear on the PDF and the status page, it’s Agency. Otherwise, Business does the job.

FAQ — agencies
Each client is a separate workspace inside your account. You see them all on the agency dashboard. The end client only sees theirs (if you invite them). Isolation is guaranteed in the query — even a bug on our side doesn’t leak data between clients.
Depends on your market. We see agencies charging R$ 99-499/month per client. R$ 199 is the average for an SMB with 2-5 monitors + monthly audit + status page. If you already charge for "maintenance", this is a natural addition.
You can, but you lose the margin. Most agencies charge their own price (R$ 199/month) and Sentinela becomes an operational cost. The client doesn’t even know what you pay — they pay for the delivery they get.
No. You archive the workspace and the data stays available for 30 days in case they come back. After that, definitive deletion per LGPD. The work history stays accessible to you until deletion.
From 10 active high-volume clients, we talk Enterprise with a volume discount. More flexible configuration, contractual SLA, payment via annual invoice.
Yes. You choose whether the PDF carries your brand, whether the status page has its own domain, whether emails go through the agency’s SMTP. Each item is independent.
Not directly — the model is you using it for your end clients. If you want to sell Sentinela as a product to other agencies, that’s a separate commercial partnership. Email us and we’ll talk.
