FAQ — pricing
Before you subscribe.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades on the next cycle. Payment is always prorated.
What if I go over the monitor limit?
We warn you beforehand. You can upgrade or add an add-on. We don’t take monitors down or charge surprise overage.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Full access to the chosen plan for 14 days. Card required to start (we don’t charge during the trial). Cancel before the end and nothing is charged.
Do you charge in BRL or USD?
BRL. Brazilian credit card, bank slip (Business+), Pix (Business+). Electronic invoice on every paid plan.
Any discount for NGOs, education or open source?
Yes. Active NGOs and open source projects get 50% off any plan. Email us with proof.
Does an audit count as a request?
No. Audits have no cost per run or per probe. You pay for the plan and run within the monthly limit.
Can I pay for just the Security module without Uptime?
Plans are integrated — it all comes together. Since uptime has a small marginal cost for us, it makes more sense to deliver both.
I cancelled — do you delete my data?
You keep access until the end of the paid cycle. After that the account goes read-only for 30 days to export everything. After 30 days, definitive deletion per our LGPD policy.
